1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who are followers of the @greencardEZ Instagram account. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age as applicable locally, whichever is higher, to participate. To enter, participants must like the “10,000 Followers Giveaway” reel, share it with at least three friends, including their sponsor, and comment on the reel. Only one entry is allowed per household. The three comments with the most likes will be selected as winners.
2. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, the contestant agrees to accept the decisions of greencardEZ as final and binding as they relate to the content of this campaign.
4. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting from the time the reel is posted and ending on November 8th at 9:00 PM US Central Time. All online entries must be received by November 8th at 9:00 PM US Central Time.
5. Prizes: The Winner(s) of the greencardEZ “10,000 Followers Giveaway” (the “Winner”) will receive the greencardEZ F1 Visa Interview Combo package. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of the prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by greencardEZ. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected under the supervision of greencardEZ. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within five (5) days following selection. greencardEZ shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings.
7. Rights Granted by Entrants: By entering this content, entrants understand and agree that greencardEZ, anyone acting on behalf of greencardEZ, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
8. Terms & Conditions: greencardEZ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond greencardEZ’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the campaign.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, entrants release and hold harmless greencardEZ, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
10. Tax Liability: Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and other government charges that may be assessed on the value of the prize and are advised to seek independent legal and financial counsel regarding their tax liabilities.
