Hello,
I am from Pakistan. I applied for Bachelor’s in Computer Science and my previous study (Highschool) is also in the same field. Here are some of the problems with my application.

1: My Uncle who lives in CA, USA is paying for my tuition because well I am the only male in my family here in Pakistan and he cares about me. He has sufficient funds and is a business owner there so no problem for him to pay but can the visa officer see this as a negative point that a US citizen is paying and I am also staying with them because my father won’t let me stay in dorms and my Uncle agrees.

2: My father has enough real estate in his name that he can pay with ease (~ 300,000$) but doesn’t have liquid cash that much and as my uncle is a partner in that real estate he doesn’t want him to sell so can I add those real estate evaluations in my DS-160 as backup? will they help or portray negative impact?

3: I only applied to 3 Universities and got accepted into 1 and looks like I will be accepted into all others as well (They are still checking some stuff). They are Cal State North Ridge, LA, and Channel Islands. Do you think these are reputable universities in your opinion?

4: Lastly I just wanted to know if your team has had experience in consulting someone like me and someone from Pakistan. (From what I have heard process here is a bit different, that’s why I ask.)
