US Visa Officers know that family dynamics in the east are different than in the west. A situation such as yours is more common than one would think. If the question arises, you can tell them that your father and uncle are close (assuming that’s the case).

Regarding returning to your home country, your current salary should not be a factor. Visa Officers want to know how your studies tie into your long-term plans. After graduation, Students find better prospects. Establishing your long-term career plans and addressing your short-term goals (in your home country) will be critical.
